Harry and the Gupta
12 OCTOBER — Silverstar is the home of comedy on the West Rand and if you are in the mood for a good laugh, you will appreciate the comedic brilliance of Harry & the Gupta. Enjoy a much-needed evening of proudly South African comedy that’s sure to produce many belly laughs! 13 OCTOBER — Join the students of Monash University as they embark on a sterilisation campaign with the Friends of Rescued Animals (Fora) from 10am. Want to know why sterilisation is so important? Then make sure you visit Fora to see for yourself. Fora is situated at 1A Windsor Road, Luipaardsvlei.
Kids Wellness Day
14 OCTOBER — The Pure Heath Centre on Voortrekker Road and its practitioners are excited to invite the community to their first-ever Pure Kids Wellness Day. The event will be geared to educate the community on healthy choices for their children and there will be great information on offer to all parents. They will have medical professionals available; providers of children’s health products will be exhibiting; health books and clothing for little ones will be on sale; there will be children’s health activities; delicious health products to try, discounted kiddies manicures and kiddies hair cuts, and so much more.
