A worker was shocked to find that the creche she works at had been ransacked by burglars overnight.

The worker left the creche on Monday, 5 June, at about 3pm, after the school had closed. She returned the next morning and noticed that the front door was damaged. The burglar bars on the window had also been removed.

The inside of the creche was a shambles, and various items had been stolen, including food, wet wipes, tissue rolls, bottles of lotions, tins of fish and cheese spread. The food was used to feed the children at lunch-time.
