The Spur Schools MTB season kicks off this weekend – 13 May – with the first race at the Phoenix Technical High School in Vereeniging. Monnas hopes to better their performance from last year when they finished eighth at the national finals at Bekker High School.

The Spur Schools MTB League is currently the largest high-school cycling programme in the world, and the steakhouse franchise restaurant chain proudly supports this initiative to grow mountain biking in our communities.

The coaches wish all the Gauteng schools well with their MTB season.
