One lucky school and a Grade 2 learner were the winners of some amazing prizes in the competition recently run by Key West Shopping Centre.

The centre ran a Back to School Facebook Competition from 9 to 31 January which parents, guardians or relatives of primary school children could enter. R10 000 in school fees and R10 000 in school supplies for the winning school were up for grabs.

The lucky winner was Gabriella Bezuidenhout from Laerskool Protearif who received two HP laptops.

“I’m so happy. I can’t believe they chose me,” Gabriella said. She thanked the staff of Key West for her amazing gift and told them that their prizes are life-changing.

The centre’s Marketing Manager, Michelle Papastefanou, told the News that they are very proud to be able to support the community and a local school. They would also like to thank everyone who entered the competition and asked that they be on the lookout for a brand new competition that will be launched in April.

Gabriella wants to encourage the community to take part in competitions, so that they can also be winners of life-changing prizes.
