First six kiloliters of water still for free?

I just want to complain about the municipality not giving me the 6 000 litre water that is supposed to be free when activating my monthly purchase on my pre-paid water meter.

Since the beginning of the month I have been phoning the municipality about the problem.

All they tell me is that it is an IT problem and they are working on it.

I phoned every day for a week and all I hear is that they are working on it – they will phone me back with a new number for the meter.

I just want to know – are we ever going to get this?
